		<description>After Bush gives his little speech this week, on every single stinkin' network, from CSpan to Fox, there ought to be a Democrat who asks the question, "Fine, Mr. Bush, the surge is working, but what do you define as 'victory', and how will the surge accomplish that?"

Every American ought to hear this question, plainly spoken and often.</description>
