RICHMOND, Va. - A brain was found in a bag near an apartment complex Tuesday morning, but it wasn’t clear if it was human or animal, police said. It was discovered in an area next to a suburban Richmond apartment complex under construction and near a mall, Richmond police spokeswoman Karla Peters said.The state medical examiner was examining the brain, she said. It wasn’t clear how long it had been there.
