There’s been a certain amount of pop sociology in America … that the American people are well past giving a fuck about Pastor Wright and are actually concerned about real issues like McCain’s judgment in picking Sarah Palin as VP, his lack of a coherent message and near delusional response to the economic crisis he at first refused to believe existed. Despite her association with and her husband’s long membership in an America-hating secessionist group and her own church’s teachings that terrorist attacks against Israel are God’s punishment for the Hebrew’s refusal to convert to Christianity, McCain should unleash Palin to make whatever wild, stupid, desperate and irrelevant attacks against Obama based on Wright she pleases.
